Return policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your S.A.P. online purchase, simply follow the steps below:

  • Products must have the original tags.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. However, we may provide either a discount code of equivalent value to the item being returned or a complete refund.

  • Send an email to support@strongalienpresence.com regarding your issue.

    Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment will be applied within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
